A Paraguay residency agency for Europe is what we are: we handle the whole process end to end, from Asunción. You do not need to live in Paraguay, and you do not need to speak Spanish.

The base residency package starts at $1,600. There is no separate "European" price and no membership: the same published process applies whether you are moving from Germany, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom.

Do Europeans actually need an agency?

Not legally — the process is public and you can do it yourself. What a European is really paying an agency to remove is the part that goes wrong at home, not in Paraguay:

  • Documents from your own country. Birth certificate, civil-status certificate and criminal record, each apostilled under the Hague Apostille Convention. A single wrong stamp or missing legalisation is the most common reason a file is rejected.
  • Sworn certified translations into Spanish, done to the standard the migration authority accepts.
  • Economic solvency. Since 6 July 2026, applications must evidence economic solvency under Resolución DNM 407/2026. How you satisfy it depends on your situation.
  • Filing in person, once. The application is made personally; follow-up can then run through a legal representative.

EU citizenship, Schengen and visa-free entry give no special status in Paraguayan immigration law — see moving to Paraguay from Europe for what changes by country and what does not.

How a Paraguay residency agency for Europe handles it

  1. We validate your documents before you spend on apostilles or translations, so nothing is filed twice.
  2. You travel to Paraguay and we file with you. The base package is built around two short trips, or one longer trip. If your time is tight, the One Trip add-on on the pricing page lets you do it in a single visit.
  3. You receive temporary residency and your cédula, valid up to two years and renewable.
  4. Optional next steps: RUC (tax ID), a tax-residency certificate, company formation and a local bank account — added only if you need them.
  5. Permanent residency is converted in the three months before the temporary card expires.

Consultations are held in English or Spanish. Our knowledge base is also published in German and Spanish, covering the exit-tax questions that matter when you leave a European country — the guides are in your language, the service is delivered in English.

Based in Paraguay, working with Europe

We are based in Asunción, not a reseller that hands your file to a third party. That matters for a European: the people preparing your documents, booking your appointments and standing with you at the migration office are the same team, on the ground, where the decision is actually made.

What it costs

The base package — temporary residency plus your cédula — starts at $1,600. Add-ons (One Trip, Fast Track, RUC, fiscal-residency certificate, driver's licence, annual accounting) are priced individually and billed once. Paraguayan government fees are included in the package. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

Common questions

Can you handle Paraguay residency for a Czech, German or other EU citizen?
Yes. There is no special route or price for EU citizens — the same general residency process applies to every European nationality. What differs by country is only how you obtain and apostille your birth certificate and criminal record. We prepare, translate and file the whole application for you.
How many days do I need to be in Paraguay?
The base package is built around two short trips, or one longer trip. If you want to complete it in a single visit, the One Trip add-on is available. The application must be filed in person at least once; follow-up can run through a legal representative.
Do you help with tax residency, RUC and a bank account, not just the residency card?
Yes. The base package covers temporary residency and the cédula. RUC (tax ID), a fiscal-residency certificate, company formation and opening a local bank account are separate add-ons you take only if you need them. Legal residency and tax residency are distinct statuses and we treat them separately.
Are you based in Europe or in Paraguay?
We are based in Asunción, Paraguay. Consultations are held in English or Spanish and the whole process is coordinated remotely until the trip you make to file in person. We are not a reseller — the team preparing and filing your documents is on the ground where the decision is made.
